Raw Meat Disclaimer

Please be advised that this is a raw meat product. Keep frozen or refrigerated till ready to serve. Use stainless steel bowls to serve it in and use gloves when handling. You are aware of the risks of feeding a raw meat diet that may contain harmful bacteria to children, elderly and those with low immune systems.  Our food is for Dog & Cats only; not for human consumption. Each batch of food is fed to our dogs as well….. so you can be assured each batch is made with the best ingredients.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. No Refunds on Custom Orders. No Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. BJ’s Raw Pet Food 1518 Millport Rd, Lancaster PA 17602.

If orders are returned within 30 days of purchase (shipping paid by the customer), a full refund of the purchase order will be given (not including shipping costs).

Shipping Policy

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed (Standard orders 1-3 business days. Custom orders may take up to 10 business days) and delivered within 2-5 days to maintain freshness. At this time we cannot ship internationally, please contact us if you have any questions 717-745-8899.
