Feed Premium Mix or Turkey Mix twice daily. If you are feeding single proteins, add a supplement such as Earth Animal Daily Raw.

Will my dog get sick?
It is unlikely that your dog will get sick; however, just as changing dry dog food can cause temporary digestive issues, so can transitioning to a raw diet. Most dogs may have one day of loose stool during transition.

Can dogs eat chicken bones?
This is one of the most common questions we get asked. The short answer is yes, if it is raw. Cooked chicken causes the bones to break and splinter. This can cause all types of serious issues for dogs. They could choke, or the splintered bone could puncture the walls of their GI tract.
The bones in raw chicken are softer and hollow, so dogs can chew it. Bones also have the nutritional value that dogs need, like calcium and phosphorus. Dr. Karen Becker, DVM explains, “You add bone as a part of a balanced diet, instead of using a synthetically produced calcium supplement.”
Will my dog get sick from eating raw meat?
Yes, it is possible. And it is also possible with processed food too. In-fact, the FDA has recalled a lot of processed pet foods.
But maybe your question is: Is raw feeding likely to make my dog sick because of the bacteria? The short answer is not likely. Dogs eat poop, garbage, mice, dead birds, and all sorts of things; yet they rarely get sick. Dogs’ digestive tracts are short and very effective in killing bacteria.
