BJ’s Freeze-Dried Premium Mix provides complete and balanced nutrition for all life stages and is comparable to a product that has been substantiated using AAFCO feeding tests.
Nutrients, enzymes, and protein structures are preserved when raw meat is frozen for the first time. Any leftover juices in the meat get sucked up into a vapor and what remains is freeze-dried meat. This type of preservation gives the meat a longer shelf life compared to dehydrated foods and kibble. Don’t worry about any lost components as our freeze-dried premium mix rehydrates perfectly to its original flavor and consistency. Our freeze-dried premium mix is just as nutritionally equal to raw food, except for the lack of moisture.

Our meats come from grass feed animals from local farms that raise animals for BJ’s Raw Pet Food. We don’t save any of the good cuts for ourselves, we use the whole animal for food.
