Ferrets can become overweight if given too many calorie-dense treats.

Hydration

Always provide your ferret with fresh water. A sipper bottle or a heavy crockery bowl that won't easily tip over are both good options, as ferrets love to play with their water dishes.

Please note that ferrets typically cannot tolerate raw goat milk, even products like those sold by BJ's, as dairy can cause digestive upset and diarrhea.
