To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, our raw pet food is shipped frozen with insulation and dry ice packs to maintain freshness and quality during transit.

PRODUCT TEMPERATURE & SAFETY on ARRIVAL:
Cold but thawed? If your order arrives cold to the touch but partially or fully thawed, it is still safe to use. Simply place it in your refrigerator and use within 48-72 hours or refreeze.
Arrived warm? If the product arrives warm or at room temperature, we do not recommend feeding it to your pet. Please contact our customer support team right away so we can make it right.
Refreezing: You may safely refreeze the product one time if it arrives thawed but still cold. After refreezing, thaw again in the refrigerator before use.

We work hard to secure the best possible shipping rates for our customers. All of our packages are shipped with UPS.
Orders $189 or more = Free Shipping*
Orders $75 or more = $19 Shipping
Orders under $75 = $39 Shipping
Expedited Shipping:
2nd Day Air = $75 per 40lb box
Next Day Air = $125 per 40lb box

Orders ship by 3 PM EST on the days listed below.

Orders placed after the cutoff day/time for their zone will be shipped the following Monday or day of operation.
