SUBSCRIPTION POLICY:

Managing Your Subscription

  • Rewards Points: Any rewards points must be redeemed and applied before your order processing date to be reflected in your total.

    • Rewards points expire after 6 months of being earned.

    • Once redeemed, rewards codes do not expire.

    • Rewards points can be redeemed in increments of $5 (100 points) to $50 (1,000 points).

    • One rewards code can be applied per subscription order.

  • Changes & Updates: You can modify, skip, pause, or cancel your subscription prior to the processing date listed in your account or email notification.

  • After Processing: Once an order has been processed, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges, as your package may already be prepared for shipment.

Billing & Shipping

  • Subscription orders are billed automatically on the processing date and according to your selected recurring frequency.

    • Orders processed after your region's cutoff date/time will be shipped the following Monday or day of operation. (Please refer to our Shipping Schedule above).

  • If payment fails, you’ll receive an email notification to update your payment information to avoid interruption in service.
