Billing and Shipping

• Subscription orders are billed automatically on the processing date and according to your selected recurring frequency.

• Orders processed after your region's cutoff date/time will be shipped the following Monday or day of operation. (Please refer to our Shipping Zones & Schedule).

• If payment fails, you’ll receive an email notification to update your payment information to avoid interruption in service.
