Return Policy
If orders are returned within 30 days of purchase (shipping paid by the customer), a full refund of the purchase order will be given (not including shipping costs). Not including custom orders.

**ATTN: ZONE 4 & 5, Our western orders are only shipping on Mondays and Tuesdays, and the order must be in before 10 AM to ship the same day!

We also ship the food quickly so your food arrives as fresh as when it left our hands. We ship with insulation and ice to ensure quality!
