BJ’s Raw Pet Food subscriptions save precious time, energy, and money while keeping your precious animals happy and healthy. Our subscription system allows you to setup a recurring order, based on your time table, for any of the products in our store.
Not only does this make sure that your pet food will always arrive on time, but we also offer a 5% discount on all subscriptions, giving you ongoing savings on all subscription orders!
How our Subscriptions Work
We’ve worked hard to make our subscription system as easy as possible, which is one reason we allow you to order any product on a subscription basis. To start a new subscription, simply follow the steps outlined below:
1. Choose your products.
The first step to beginning your Raw Pet Food subscription begins in the online store. Browse our catalog, select your pet’s favorite delectables. Create your order by adding products to the cart.
You can now add a subscription directly on the product page.
2. Add a subscription.
Once your selection is placed in the shopping cart, proceed to the cart page where you can add a subscription. You’ll find the subscription offers listed under each item in your cart. To add a subscription, simply choose your preferred renewal length, with options ranging from ever week to every 2 months.

3. Place your order.
To start your subscription, simply proceed to checkout, confirm your details and place your order. We’ll send you your order right away, and renew the order based on the schedule you selected.
BJ’s Raw Pet Food automatically schedules all subscriptions to process Friday and ship orders out Mondays and Tuesdays. We give subscribers the option to opt out of this. If you choose to opt out of our renewal service, BJ’s Raw Pet Food is not responsible for any damaged goods or products. We ensure that all orders arrive frozen by processing Friday and shipping Mondays and Tuesdays. Choosing to opt-out means, you understand BJ’s Raw Pet Food is not responsible for any thawed orders.
How Pricing works with Subscriptions
In general, the price of an item in a subscription are updated to reflect the price of the item in the main catalog. However, special discounts apply exclusively to all subscription orders.
Get up to 10% Off
As soon as you add a subscription to your order, a 5% subscription discount is automatically added to your entire order (both initially and ongoing). The discount is automatically added through a coupon code. You can see the total discount as well as your recurring amount in the order totals on the checkout screen. When you combine this with a quantity discount—available on 20+ quarts or 6+ gallons—you can qualify for up to a 10% discount on every recurring subscription order.

What to Expect from a Subscription
When the time comes to renew your subscription, we’ll take care of the nitty-gritty, but we strive to keep in you in the loop. Three days before the renewal date, you will receive a reminder of your subscription, with a summary of the order, giving you the opportunity to review change anything that you’d like to change about the subscription before the order is placed.
At the time of renewal, we process the order based on your saved payment method, and send you a confirmation email. You’ll also receive a tracking number when your order is shipped.
Manage Your Existing Subscription
After you start a subscription with BJ’s, you can change it at any time. Simply sign-in to your BJ’s Raw Pet food online account, and head over to the My Account page. From there, you can review the details of your subscription and cancel, renew early, or change your payment source.

Add a Product to Your Subscription
If you’d like to add a product to your existing subscription, simply type the name of the product into the search bar at the bottom of your order item list on the subscription management screen. You can easily add multiple products and set quantities using this method.

Remove a Product from Your Subscription
From your subscription page, you can easily remove any product from a future order by simply selecting the ⓧ button to the left of the product in your subscription order details. Your subscription will be updated to reflect the new change and that product will not be ordered as part of future subscription renewals.

Cancel a Subscription
You can easily stop your BJs Raw Pet food subscription at any point. To simply pause your subscription for a time, toggle the “Auto renew” option on the “My Subscription” section in the My Account page. To completely cancel a subscription, use the “Cancel” button in under the actions button. To restart your subscription in the future, you’ll need to recreate your order if you cancel an existing subscription.
